Level 2 Awards


The Level 2 awards are specialty awards, or those that require a little more time and effort. These are given by the CO/Gamemaster to the players on a sim.


100 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 100 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


100 Post

    Given to a player for writing 1000 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts, personal logs) on one sim.


1250 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 1250 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


150 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 150 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


1500 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 1500 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


1750 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 1750 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


200 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 200 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


2000 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 2000 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


2250 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 2250 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


250 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 250 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


2500 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 2500 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


2750 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 2750 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


300 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 300 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


3000 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 3000 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


400 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 400 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


50 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 50 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


500 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 500 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


750 Posts

    Given to a player for completing 750 posts (mission posts, joint mission posts and/or personal logs) on one sim.


Academy Ribbon

    Awarded by the Academy Commandant to an individual who successfully passes Cadet Training.


Academy Ribbon - Honors

    Awarded by the Academy Commandant to an individual who successfully passes Cadet Training with honors.


Command Academy Award

    Awarded by the Academy Commandant to those who successfully complete the Command Academy.


Command Academy Award - Honors

    Awarded by the Academy Commandant to an individual who successfully passes Command Academy with honors.


Dedication Cross

    Awarded for selfless dedication of one's time to help the sim and the other players, both in and out of character.


Departmental Distinction Award: Civilian

    Awarded to a character who serves with distinction as a civilian aboard a starship or starbase. (Includes lounge workers, shopkeepers, or a civilian working in a department.)


Departmental Distinction Award: Command

    Awarded to a character who serves with distinction in the Command Departments. (Includes Command, Strategic Operations and Flight Control.)


Departmental Distinction Award: Marine

    Awarded to a character who serves with distinction in the marine department (including marine ground forces and marine aviation).


Departmental Distinction Award: Science

    Awarded to a character who serves with distinction in the Science Department. (Including Science, Medical and Counseling)


Departmental Distinction Award: Service

    Awarded to a character who serves with distinction in the Service Departments. (Includes Engineering, Security, Tactical and Operations.)


Departmental Distinction Award:

    Awarded to a character who serves with distinction in the Support Departments. (Includes Intelligence, Diplomatic, Starfleet Aviation.)


Desert Fox Order of Tactics

    This award is presented to an individual who plays a key part in developing new warfare tactics while engaged in ground combat.


Engineering Development Award

    Awarded to a character who makes a significant development in the field of engineering.


Flying Cross

    Awarded to a character who displays courage and bravery in combat while piloting a ship, support craft or starfighter.


Horatio Nelson Citation

    Awarded for developing a new ship-to-ship battle maneuver.


Humboldt Award

    Awarded to a character who creates a new species. (Must be for more than one mission and the species must be approved by the command staff.)


Ian Fleming Ribbon of Excellence

    Awarded to a character who has shown prowess in the field of intelligence, by uncovering a spy, obtaining vital information for the Federation, protecting someone from an assassination attempt et cetera.


Instructor's Ribbon

    Awarded by the Academy Commandant to any individual who serves as an instructor in the Academy for a period of at least 3 months.


Joint Service Ribbon

    Awarded to all characters who participate in an approved mission involving two or more sims.


Longevity Cross: Bronze

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of eleven consecutive years.


Longevity Cross: Gold

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of thirteen consecutive years.


Longevity Cross: Silver

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of twelve consecutive years.


Longevity Medal: Bronze

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of five consecutive years.


Longevity Medal: Gold

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of seven consecutive years.


Longevity Medal: Silver

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of six consecutive years.


Longevity Ribbon

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of one consecutive year.


Longevity Ribbon with a Bronze Star

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of two consecutive years.


Longevity Ribbon with a Gold Star

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of four consecutive years.


Longevity Ribbon with a Silver Star

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of three consecutive years.


Longevity Star: Bronze

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of eight consecutive years.


Longevity Star: Gold

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of ten consecutive years.


Longevity Star: Silver

    Awarded for serving on the same ship for a period of nine consecutive years.


Matt Jefferies Volunteer Award

    Awarded to those who work out of character to keep the websites going, do graphics work or write recruiting ads, without whom our games would not prosper.


Medal of Honor

    Awarded for extreme bravery in the heat of battle and going above and beyond the call of duty.


Medical Discovery Award

    Awarded to characters who make a discovery to help with the advancement of medical science.


Original Thinking Award

    Awarded to a player who comes up with an original idea during a mission that adds creativity and inspires other players to participate.


Pour le Merite

    Award given to a player who demonstrates supreme posting quality and quantity, finds ways to involve their character(s) meaningfully into the main plot and side stories and often involves other players in joint posts.


POW Ribbon

    Awarded to any character held captive by an enemy force for a period of at least 14 days. (A detailed description of the incident is required.)


Purple Heart

    Awarded to an individual seriously injured in the line of duty.


Scientific Discovery Award

    Awarded to a character who makes a scientific discovery that advances our understanding or solves a scientific puzzle.


Skald Award

    Awarded to a player who exhibits excellence in storytelling and who uses beautiful language to entertain not just the writers of the posts but also the readers. Posts must be written with near flawless spelling and grammar.
